Disclosure of Information

Our bank obtains information via (savings, checking, loan) application forms. All information is kept strictly confidential. We do not reveal specific information such as name, address, social security number, account numbers, loan information or medical history to unaffiliated third parties for their independent use. If information needs to be shared with a third party to assist us in providing products and services, they are contractually bound not to utilize shared information for their independent use. Customer information will not be shared with other organizations except:

  • Whenever required by law
  • Where we have agreed to provide information to Title Insurance Companies for the purpose of real estate
  • Where the customer initiates a specific transaction.

Financial Service Providers such as: Family Financial Services, LLC in order to provide you with information about other services and products.

Consumer Opt Out Statement

If you prefer that we do not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to non-affiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures, that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law).
