Feeling appreciated matters, and feeling like you matter, feels good.  But Farmers & Merchants Bank is taking it one step further by filling employee’s bellies, car, or coffee fix, one Friday at a time. 

Over the course of the next 8 months, Farmers & Merchants Bank will have a “Bank Special” every third Friday of the month at a participating local business.  Employees simply show their bank shirt to the business and in return receive the “Bank Special” on FMB’s tab.  

The “Bank Specials” include items like free gas, coffee, fish fry, pizza, sandwich baskets and more.  Farmers would like to extend a nod to the participating businesses who have helped to make thanking our employees a little extra special.
