Positive Pay
Positive Pay is an automated fraud detection tool that matches the account number, check number and dollar amount of each check presented for payment against a list of checks previously authorized and issued by the company.
- Program is managed by business owner
- Ability to upload and/or download between most accounting programs
- Catch fraudulent items before checks have cleared your account
- Exceptions are managed and reviewed by business users
